Our first full moon circle - The Wolf Moon
What a week it has been. The full moon energies in Cancer have most certainly impacted upon us all. Especially with the fiery mars in retrograde. Well ..... over 10 of us met up at Langland Beach to honour the moon and clear away some of these negative energies. We started off with some information about how the moon impacts on us all and what that can mean for our central nervous system. We then had a mini EFT session before nutritious locally sourced refreshment's from Stagg Setup.
Pink Full Moon Sauna Circle
A beautiful spring day at The Temple Wellness Centre, Parkmill, a number of beautiful souls gathered for the Pink Full Moon in Libra. They bathed in a natural river, relaxed in a sauna by Sauna Hut Wales, made a flower altar. With one foot in the past and one in the future we transitioned leaving negativity behind, letting go of what no longer serves us and being greatful for the future. Claire from Staggsetup blew us away once again with her pink moon inspired menu. It's safe to say that everyone enjoyed.
