Sauna Moon Circles

We hold regular Sauna Moon Circles at Temple Wellness Centre, Parkmill, Gower. These are held in conjunction with Sauna Hut Wales and facilities by ourselves and our partner Claire at Staggsetup.

They include a range of offerings from sound baths, kundalini awakenings, kitchen witchery and candle magic. Seasonal food is prepared and served by Staggsetup. There is also an hour sauna, river dip and dipping pod. Please look out for dates throughout the year.

Cefn Coed Bach Farm Retreats

Nestled in a beautiful location in Cockett, Swansea we have exclusive assess to this beautiful venue. A large round house, with pop up marquees, a fire pit and unique, tranquil surroundings. From Autumn Equiinox to Ostara we have held immersive retreat days. Locally sourced food by Staggsetup and a range of therapies, kitchen witchery and magic included. These are run throughout the year and private functions can also be booked at this space for a bespoke experience.

Langland Beach Moon Circles and Sauna

From October to March Sound Bath Swansea and Staggsetup hold Sound Baths, manifestations and release ceremonies at our Hut and on the beach. Nutritional offering provided by Staggsetup.
