What a week it has been. The full moon energies in Cancer have most certainly impacted upon us all. Especially with the fiery mars in retrograde. Well ..... over 10 of us met up at Langland Beach to honour the moon and clear away some of these negative energies. We started off with some information about how the moon impacts on us all and what that can mean for our central nervous system. We then had a mini EFT session before nutritious locally sourced refreshment's from Stagg Setup.
After a little break, there was time for a sound bath, breath work and guided chakra cleanse in tune with the waves. We were so grateful the rain held off before we headed off for the night. Oh and I can't forget the beautiful friendly fox who joined us.
