With January almost over, here at Sound Bath Swansea and Staggsetup have been working hard behind the scenes to plan a beautiful couple of months for you ....
We see so excited that we will be holding spaces for mini retreats at the Temple Wellness Centre in Parc Mill, Gower.
It is a tranquil venue infused in nature and the ancient landscape of Gower, giving it a peaceful and restful atmosphere.
Nestled in Parkmill Valley, Gower, it is the perfect place to unwind, relax and reconnect with yourself, friends and family.
In addition we have secured spaces with the Sauna Hut in certain dates to make your time with us that little bit more special.
Dates announced so far foraging awareness and breath work - 6th April and sound bath and sauna - 12th April.
