Exciting news! Sound Bath Swansea is going to be offering 121 sessions The Elements Retreat 2025.

This is going to be a powerful weekend of connection, transformation and nature immersion.

🌸 What will I be bringing to my offerings :

✨Bespoke one to one sessions are focused led on what is needed at the time. As a Reiki Master, certified in sound healing, somatic breath work and Kundalini Yoga , I use an holistic approach to release unprocessed emotions stored in the body from unresolved emotional and traumatic experiences.

✨These emotional and traumatic blocks can manifest in the body in many ways including pain, fatigue, sleep difficulties, anxiety, low mood, digestive issues and breathing difficulties.

✨A 121 offering will start with a brief discussion and pendulum scan to find out where in the body needs focus. Using Kundalini, Somatic and Vibrational Energy Healing techniques focusing on Sound (Mantra’s), Breath Work and Low Impact Movement (Kriya’s and Mudra’s).

✨ We will cut through time and space, working to heal the body on both a cellular and subtle energetic level.

✨Within the session 15 Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, a 432 hz Crystal Harp, Tibetan Bowls and Koshi Chimes will be used to facilitate the movement of stagnant energy and awakening the dormant kundalini snake coiled in the base of your spine.

✨The offering will conclude with a guided mediation and chakra cleanse.

✨ You will leave the offering with a deeper sense of presence, which will enable you to connect more deeply to your own personal power and self trust.
